Our Approach To Quality

At Peak Answers our approach to quality begins with the recognition that we are only ever as good as our last project and we are constantly striving to improve the quality of the work that we produce and the level of our customers’ satisfaction with that work.

At the end of each project, we seek feedback from our clients and use the results of our customer satisfaction programme to understand how we can improve the quality of both our overall service and of our deliverables. Further, we conduct regular project reviews with our clients on any regular/tracking studies.

Given that the provision of accurate data is fundamental to what we do; quality control is embedded in all of our working practices.  We meet and frequently exceed, the minimum standards laid down by the Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS), to which we are accredited.  We are bound by the Market Research Society (MRS) Code of Conduct and abide by the European Society for Opinion and Market Research (ESOMAR) Codes and guidelines for Survey Research.  Peak Answers also conforms to the European Commission Directive on Data Protection and is registered in line with the Data Protection Act.
