Our call centre is fully equipped with the necessary technical infrastructure to ensure that our clients receive both a cost-effective and a robust service:

We have 50+ interviewing stations all equipped with CATI (computer assisted telephone interviewing) facilities.  All telephone handsets are equipped with ergonomic headsets, ensuring both comfort for the operator and clarity of audio for respondents.

We operate using Nebu software for setting up questionnaires and capturing data.  Nebu is a well established product within the market research industry, providing both stability and flexibility and an ability to provide output in a wide variety of formats.

All of our interviewing stations are equipped with an internet connection, enabling us to bridge to client data collection packages across the web.
